Who is it for?

  • Clubs, beach clubs and party hosts. List a weekly night once and sell it every week, with a spots-left count as it fills, or run a free guest list.
  • Workshops, classes and wellness. Cap the seats, sell day passes and recurring classes, and reward early birds with promo codes.
  • Meetups, community and healing circles. Free RSVPs or paid seats, with no cap on guests.
  • Restaurants and food events. Sell seats for dinners, brunches and tastings, not just tables.
  • Brands that want to reach tourists, expats and digital nomads in Bali, through Event Boost or an Enterprise plan.

Where is your event seen?

  • On balievents.co, on its area pages for today and this weekend, and in Google and AI search for searches like “yoga in Ubud” or “comedy in Canggu”.
  • By the Balievents audience, as the partnership page states it on 22 October 2026: 13K+ Instagram followers, 5,000+ email subscribers and 500+ people on WhatsApp and Telegram.
  • Across the island: of the 889 events listed in the last 12 months, 301 were in Ubud, 256 in Seminyak, 194 in Canggu, 84 in Uluwatu and 54 elsewhere.

What can Koza Lab build for you beyond the listing?

Koza Lab builds and runs Balievents, and the same tools are open to hosts who want to measure and grow what they already do.

  • Conversion tracking. Your own Meta pixel, TikTok pixel and Google Ads ID fire on every event you host, so your ad accounts see views and purchases; only on the live site and only when the visitor allows ad cookies.
  • Promoter links. Each promoter gets a short link and a code, and a sale through it is credited to them (30 days, last click) with the commission you set.
  • Sales by source and reporting. The host dashboard splits ticket sales by where the buyer came from, and the 20 busiest hosts get a PDF of their week every Monday.
  • GEO. Every event page is served as finished HTML with Event structured data, and a recurring night shows its next date, so an AI assistant does not send people to a night that has passed.
  • CRM and integrations. Guest lists synced to Google Sheets, team access, an API for your own systems, and custom CRM work on Enterprise.

How does it work?

  • List it once: a one-off night, a weekly class or a five-day retreat, paid or free, with unlimited guests.
  • Get found: on the Balievents homepage with Event Boost, and on Google and in AI search.
  • Sell, check in, get paid: guests pay by card or QRIS, every booking gets a QR ticket by email, you scan it at the door from the dashboard, and payouts arrive every Friday.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to promote an event on Balievents?

Listing and selling tickets is free with no commission. Event Boost costs nothing upfront: Balievents earns 5% of each ticket sold. Boost Plus is 10% and adds a WhatsApp community announcement and an Instagram story. Enterprise is priced to the work.

Who pays the booking fee?

The guest. A 3% service fee is added at checkout, so your ticket price stays the price you set.

When do I get paid?

By bank transfer every Friday, for tickets sold up to the day before, to the account you add under Payments in the host dashboard.

Can a venue, beach club or brand promote itself through Balievents?

Yes. Venues list their weekly nights and guest lists for free; brands that want to reach tourists, expats and digital nomads in Bali can use Event Boost or talk to us about Enterprise.

Can I use my own Meta or TikTok pixel?

Yes. Add the IDs once in the host dashboard and every event you host fires them, when the visitor allows ad cookies.
