Case study
A leads and listings dashboard for Bali real estate agencies
The Baliestate partner dashboard is the agency side of Baliestate, built and run by Koza Lab. It reads an agency’s own website every day, tracks its listings, values villas and land against comparable listings, and delivers buyer and renter requests from Facebook, Telegram and WhatsApp groups and from Baliestate itself, each profiled and matched to the agency’s own listings. On 7 October 2026 the plans were Free, Gold at USD 500 a month, and Enterprise on request; Free and Gold also carry a commission on deals closed through Baliestate.

Why read the agency’s website instead of asking for a feed?
Agencies already keep their listings up to date on their own site. Reading it every day means there is no export to send and no second copy to maintain, and the dashboard can see what changed: a new listing, a price cut, a villa that came off the market.
How are leads handled?
- Each request becomes a brief: what the person wants, budget, area, timeline and where the request came from, with the listings it matches.
- Contact details are unlocked by the agency, so the brief can be read before deciding to follow it up.
- On plans with leads, each member can get one email a day listing new leads in the agency’s areas, sent only on days with something new.
- On Enterprise, each new lead can become a contact, a deal and a note in HubSpot. A failed sync is retried without creating duplicates, and the HubSpot token is stored encrypted.
How are valuations worked out?
From the asking prices of comparable partner listings in the same area and size band. The dashboard shows the estimate, a likely range for the price per m² and the number of comparables behind it. Indonesia has no public register of sale prices, so the valuation says it rests on asking prices, not sales.
Who can use it?
Any agency can sign up with a Google account or an emailed code and invite its team as owners or agents. Self-serve signups start on Free with 30 days of Gold’s features.
